Myeong-dong (명동) is one of the primary shopping districts in Seoul. The two main drags meet in the center of the block with one beginning from Myeong-dong Subway Station (Seoul Subway Line No. 4) and the other from Lotte Department Store at Euljiro. Many brand name shops and department stores line the streets and alleys. Common products for sale include clothes, shoes, and accessories.

-From Exit #5 of Euljiro-Ipgu / Euljiro Il-ga Station (Seoul Subway Line # 2) 10 min walk
-From Exits #5, 6, 7, or 8 of Myeong-dong Station (Seoul Subway Line # 4), 5 min walk.
While we were walking to Myeong-dong, we suddenly saw this restaurant => Tea Story 차이야기. And we decided to stop by to taste the Daenamu Tongbap (rice steamed in bamboo).

The Bosingak Belfry was used during the Joseon Dynasty to keep the time. There were four gates in Seoul that allowed people in and out. At 4 a.m., the bell would ring 33 times and then the gates were opened. At 7 p.m. the bell would ring 28 times and the gates would close. The bell served as a siren.
