haha..but i'm not that well loaded until can buy the house with cash ler, else i'll be thinking of buying a shop.

But I am afraid, 300K is not a lot for houses here in the Klang Valley because if it was, I would have bought one already. Still, if you want to get, I would reccomend PJ.
300k, you got alot of choice...
PJ - condo only (KEN1,2,3), casa indah, casa tropicana, dataran prima,kalana jaya
outside PJ - you get double storey ..setia alam, kota kemuning, kota damansara
wow... u hav to pay ard RM 1500 repayment exclude maintenance + sinking fund etc per month for a 300K property eh! blueyebabe is rich man~
