Blueyebabe @ Sapi & Manukan Islands

We decided to go to Tunku Abdul Rahman National Park on the last day of our visit in Sabah. Once we arrived in Jesselton Point jetty, we proceeded to the speedboat counter to check for ticket. That sabahan lady who entertain us was so friendly and gave us a lot of information. We were advised that Sapi Island is the best for snorkeling and a real island paradise. We choose to explore 2 islands - Sapi & Manukan in Tunku Abdul Rahman National Park because of time constraint. Just less than half an hour, the speedboat was ready for us to depart.

Another half an hour, we arrived in Sapi Island. There were a lot of colourful fishes and also variety of corals (they were still alive) and you can find it anywhere near the shore. That's why it is much more worth to snorkeling in Sapi Island rather than Lang Tengah Island or Redang Island now. You can see a lot of Japanese and Korean tourist visit Sapi Island where you could hardly see in Lang Tengah Island or Redang Island.

After snorkeling, we decided to play parasailing which cost RM150 for 2 persons. To your surprise, although I'm scared of heights, but I still dare to play this because the underneath is the sea and there is no fear at all. You would ask me what is the feeling hanging up there? It is like flying in the sky and feeling the cool breeze playing with its sails and listen to the waves below you.. syok!

After having enough fun in Sapi Island, we were being transfered to Manukan Island by the same speedboat. Since the speedboat was empty, so we shoot photos and play around..

The Manukan Island is bigger than Sapi Island but there were less people snorkeling here. We were lazy to go for snorkeling already. So we had BBQ lunch at Manukan Island, and sit there for relax and enjoyed the scenery before we back to Jesselton point.

After all the fun, I hurt myself when swimming back to the shore. My knee was scratched by a big rock in Manukan Island.. *ouch!* ~>_<~
