Langkawi Trip

I went to Langkawi with my bf on 12/10 - 14/10 by Air Asia. One day before depart, I fell into a big drain and my thigh injured. *sob sob...

On the first day, we reached Pulau Langkawi and the agent is waiting for us at the airport. After settle everything and checked in into the room at Aseania Resort, we place our luggage and prepare to go out. Since it was a rainy day, so we decided to go Island hoping tommorrow morning. Hmm..what are we going to do this afternoon?? Finally, we took Langkawi maps and plan to travel around the island. Along the way, I can't recognize the place, I just can see kampung houses and padi field.

Since we were hungry, we decided to stopped by at a malay stall to buy some food. We bought mini murtabak and spring roll. Wah! that mini murtabak so jengs! Then we reached Kuah town and decided to go shopping there. I bought a France red wine and a Bacardi Limon. Then we had dinner in Kuah town.. After that, we continue our journey to round Langkawi. We have been to Eagle Square, Bon Ton Restaurant, Pelangi Beach Resort.. then we went back to our room and enjoy the red wine before sleep.

The second day, we woke up early morning and have free b'fast buffet before we went Island Hoping. We reached Lake of Pregnant Maiden about 11am, there were so many monkeys and the lake was so peaceful.

There are a small pool which got many ikan belut. A foreigner put his foot down into the water, all the ikan belut 'kiss' his foot. I find it was so interesting and decided to put in my foot after urge by my bf. I nearly screamed and jumped up after testing the 'kisses' by ikan belut. It was so geli. And the foreigner laugh at me, so pai seh..

Then we proceed to another island for eagle feeding. The scenery was so amazing when the sea was crowded by red brownish eagles and white eagles.

After that, we reached Pulau Beras Basah for snorkeling. The beach was so beautiful and the sea was so clear that you can see school of fishes swimming around your leg.

In the afternoon, we decided to go to Seven Wells Waterfall. Heard that the waterfall is made of seven wells. We have to walk for 300 steps to reached the 1st well, I was so tired after that. The 1st well is so beautiful, the water is so cool and the rock were slippy.

After that, we all were exhausted and went back to the resort and took shower. Then we took our red wine & some snack and bring to Pantai Cenang. We sit there eat and drink, in a romantic environment. Feeling the cool air blowing towards our face and hearing the sea waves hitting the beach. After some walk at the sea side, we saw a weird creature..

On the 3rd day, we wake up early morning. After b'fast buffet, we packed our stuff and checked out from the room. Then we started our journey to round whole Pulau Langkawi.. We went to Padang Matsirat to have a look at the beras terbakar, then we drove towards Pantai Kok. We reached Harbour Park to took some photos. (Summer Palace no more exist liao..)

Then we went to Oriental Village to take cable car to the top station. From there we can see part of the Langkawi Island and Gunung Mat Cincang. There was a suspension bridge which connect 2 mountains.

In the afternoon, we drove to Durian Perangin Waterfall, Air Hangat Village, Tanjung Rhu Beach and Atma Alam before we went to the airport.
