Restorant Bukit Tinggi BBQ 武吉丁宜烧烤村 is located behind the BHP station at the village near Bukit Tinggi (it is on your right if you are heading to Bentong on Karak Highway). Honestly, this restaurant is a scam. Their cooking style is unique and the dishes are giving creative name but the food taste ordinary but charge extremely expensive! There were no menu given, when the waiter take our order, we inquiry about the price of the dish and the waiter answered us:"This I cannot tell you, as I don't know the price, only the chef know and the chef is the one who decide the price." ....... walaueh! 咁到得! -_-"

Empty wine and liquor bottles line the “walls” of the restaurant and signed umbrellas are hung proudly from the ceiling. I can only wonder of the dust and dead insects that collected in and on the bottles and brollies respectively. yucks! And the wooden chairs are quite smelly and dirty.

creative interior design but not impressive

An array of seafood, but actually are just 1 crab, a few prawns and a lot of clams...steamed over clear stock and thus, most of the seafood essence is retained as it drips into the stock. The whole steamer pot is served onto the table and it’s delightful tucking into the fresh seafood. Then when the seafood is cleared off, the waitress whisks away the pot and adds leafy vegetable and oyster mushrooms into the stock before re-serving it as vegetable soup. A 2 in 1 deal, but for a rather steep price of RM100.

The meat of the grilled lamb rack is quite succulent but too oily, the skin is grilled to a crisp with just a fine layer of white fat beneath it but the skin taste a bit too salty. We were suppose to dip the grilled lamb meat with the homemade mint sauce, but I find it taste weird! 我接受唔到囉~
