hmmm is simple and nice. i prefer if got carpet, and the room have some art put some artistic stuff in d room..
i like ur room design, clean and clear and large space lah, at least double size of my room
PS : just one thing is the light will make the room hot unless got aircone blow everynight, hahaha

the apartment for what? for rent or to stay in. looks like too big an investment if for renting out.
i was told by many never buy queen size bed unless only 1 person is sleeping on the bed. or else, u will regret..
The service residence is for rent RM2300 per month if 1 yr and above contract), else 6-11 months is RM2500 and 1-5 months is RM2800..
Ground floor entrance is the hotel lobby, so have to match up with the hotel standard a bit.
the lighting is nice of u have a high ceiling..else it look very cramped up.
oo... u sacrifice ur tv & dvd player ar? no need gua. ask the tenant buy his/her own lar!
yalor, what to do, other units provide LCD TV and also washing machine sumore.. -_-"
wah.. LCD tv? fulamak.. want to rent out oso got so fierce punya competition. ini dunia, makin hari makin susah mau bikin bisnis.. si beh jialat...
