We reached Phuket in the afternoon. After we checked-in Patong Bayshore hotel, we started to loiter around Patong beach around 4pm+. First shop we stopped was at The Sensation Spa nearby the hotel.
Blueyebabe is wearing a loose-fitting thai massage outfit (shhh... Blueyebabe was braless oh!) that The Sensation Spa provides for its clients to wear during the massage. I tried the thai massage with hot herbal compresses, 750 baht for 120 minutes, liked it so much but anyhow I still prefer balinese massage.
After the thai massage, we started heading towards patong beach to look for seafood dinner at the beach side. There were quite a large number of thai seafood restaurants, and western restaurants that we were pampered with choices & don't know which one to choose. At last we stopped at Sabai Restaurant to have a try. However, the thai food not up to our expectation, so I din post the food pictures here.. no need to mention.

Coincidentally, thai people celebrating Loy Krathong Festival the next day. Loy Krathong Festival is held on the full moon of the 12th month in the traditional Thai lunar calendar. Never know that we visit Thailand at the right time..hehe. Small, highly decorated rafts are set adrift during the festival in believe that sins and bad luck will be carried away.

"Loy" means "to float". "Krathong" is a raft about a handspan in diameter traditionally made from a section of banana tree trunk, decorated with elaborately-folded banana leaves, flowers, candles, incense sticks etc.. We can see most of the restaurants selling different types of Krathong.
And then we had a walk along Bangla Road and shoot photos of some bars & pubs (Patong nightlife) before we went back hotel to sleep.
